Join-IT customers: you can now send your support enquiries to us through Twitter!

Send your question to @JoinITsolutions, and quote your machine ID (e.g. "ABC1", found on the sticker on the front) or let us know your site and machine serial number (usually found on the back of the device) and our service desk will get back to you promptly!

For IT Support questions - let us know your company site and we will follow up with an email or phone call to you.

Of course you can call our office on 020 8468 8180 or email service@join-it.co.uk for support, anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
