Remote Support

We use AnyDesk to remote on to your PC and help solve your IT or printer issues. If you've been asked by one of our support team whether they can remote onto your computer to solve an issue, please download the program using the button below.

 

Once it's downloaded quote the ID, as shown below, then give permission for a connection to be established, and then we can help you with your problem!

1) Read your ID

After you have downloaded the software and ran the software, you will be presented with a screen similar to the one shown in the first picture.

 

Please read out the 9 digit code displayed on your screen (not the one in the red box)

 

 

 

Once you have done that, the Join-IT agent will connect to your computer. 

 

A screen will appear similar to the second picture and all you have to do it click accept. 

 

 

 

2) Allow access to your computer
