At the time we could only offer people longer term contracts and it was annoying us that no one in the market was willing to offer 30day contracts. We were pleased to find that Nfon UK not only provided 30 day contracts but also had a tried and tested system in Europe under the Nfon brand.

PaperCut offer the best cost solution for print management in the market. At first it was used solely for education, however during harder times businesses wanted to cut print costs and PaperCut was a cost effective solution to monitor & restrict printing costs. We have always been impressed with the companies constant updates and stability of the software.

When looking at Hardware suppliers we liked what Samsung had to offer. They were not a well known name in the print world, but they have developed and expanded their printer range to be comprehensive in the office environment. Our Customer Facing Helpdesk
We understand that not all customers like to use the phone call to log calls. The written word gives a log and documents everything. We looked at a large number of helpdesk solutions, but Zendesk offered an elligent user friendly solution on a 30 day contract. It gives our helpdesk staff the customer information they need and our customers can Log service calls and submit consumable requests if they are not an automated service.
Sharp Multifunction Devices
30-110 page per minute machines
For some customers they need a little more print speed than what the Samsung devices can currently offer. With this in mind we recommend the use of Sharp machines. They do a full range of machines for 20ppm up to 110ppm print room machines. These Sharp machines are ideal in very print intensive environments.
