Our experience with Samsung products has been very good in the small to medium office environment.

 

Samsung have an extensive range of products from small mono printers to 60ppm colour and also 60ppm mono A3 & A4 multifuntion machines.

 

Their approach to servicing the machines has been the most positive change. As most parts are modular we have seen a cut down in the amount of downtime experienced by our customers as parts can be swapped quickly and easily. 

 

The machines are also intelligent and comunicate when servicing needs to take place and what parts need replacing, so colour quality and reliability is maintained better than other manufactures machines. 

 

Their intergration into software such as PaperCut is also very good along with their own software.
