Not only this but you have the flexability to add and change various aspects of your contract, for example with our phone systems you can activate or deactivate users as and when you need them. So you only pay for what you need.
Our 30 Day contracts can also be extended to Printers and Multifunction devices. Just pay the delivery and setup costs and you can rent a machine on a month by month basis.

How Does it Work?
Join-IT has used a simple rolling contract for the multifunction printer. If you are familiar with a pre-pay phone program, then you will be very comfortable with the way in which this contract works as they are practically the same. You simply pay for your service in advance and then keep the machine for 30 days. Should you require an additional month, just pay for another 30 days and keep the machine. This keeps you in control of the printing.
Like a normal long term contract, you will be billed for the prints you use. This is determined by reading the colour and mono when the printer is installed and when the printer is removed. If you use the machine over 30 days, the meter will be read at the end of each period and service will be given to the machine as needed.*
In the event that you chose to use more than one of our machines, you will need to have a contract for each machine. The reason for this is due to the meter service fee. This works to your advantage as the machines which have less use will have less of a service fee.
What Printers Do You Provide?
Currently, we offer a wide range of printers based upon industry standards and demands. The most popular of our printers includes the A3 multifunction machine. However, we do offer faster machines as they are available for those which have more strenuous requirements for their printing.
The printer will be delivered to your location in Bedfordshire, Essex, London, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. If your location is outside of this area please contact us to make arrangements for delivery. Generally, we can deliver the machine to your location within 5 business days.
The Benefits of Using a 30 day rolling multifunction printer contract
The main benefit which business will have from using the simple, short term contract is that there is no required long term commitment. This may sound a bit redundant, but think about it. Most long term contracts require a year to 2 years (or more). Then the contract may have a usage stipulation stating that any use over a certain amount will acquire additional fees. By having a short term contract, you can try the printer to see if it meets your company’s needs. Should you find that the demand is met and that you no longer need the services after the first month, you do not have to pay for 11 months of non-use.
